There will be a blood drive at the Highlands Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, June 28 from 10am to 2:30pm in the conference room. Everyone who registers to donate will receive a special Holiday Hero t-shirt. Also, anyone 18 years and older who registers to give blood will be automatically entered to win a 2017 Toyota Highlander. The Highlander giveaway runs June 1 to September 8. Blood donors must 17-years-old, 16 with parental consent, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health. Donors must also show a photo ID with first and last name.
