On May 23, 2017, the Floyd County Chamber of Commerce held their 53^rd awards banquet at the Wilkinson-Stumbo Convention Center. Among the honorees was Gormon Collins, Jr., owner of WQHY and WDOC Inc. in Prestonsburg. Collins was presented the award for Business Person of the Year by Rick Hughes. This year, WDOC Inc. is celebrating its 60^th anniversary.
