The Wise County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance with a male subject found walking Friday, June 9 around 9pm on Rt. 58 outside of Norton towards Coeburn. Appears to be unable to communicate only will shake his head when asked questions. Has no forms of ID present. Trying to find family or friends that can identify so that proper help can be obtained.
