Two Arrested for Drug Possession in Ashland

On June 6, the Ashland Police Department, assisted by the Boyd County Sheriff’s Department’s K9, arrested two individuals on drug charges after locating a suspicious vehicle in the 2900 Block between Winchester Avenue and Carter Avenue. Officers received information of a possible drug deal taking place in the area and located the suspected vehicle on the parking lot of Kings Daughters Medical Center. The passenger, Duke Boggs, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. The Driver, Lee Hendrickson, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance after a search of his vehicle.
