Walk for a Cause will take place Thursday, June 15 from 11am to 1pm for World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Free food and refreshments will be provided by Highlands Health System. There will be a balloon release, vendor booths, and free t-shirts to the first 100 walkers. Information and resources will also be available about elder abuse. The walk will be at Ramey Memorial Park on Dixie Avenue in Salyersville.
