Four Kentucky National Guard Soldiers Arrested for Sexual Assault

Four Kentucky National Guard soldiers have been arrested following a sexual assault investigation in Calloway County. The investigation began after KSP Post 1 responded to the Murray-Calloway County Hospital on June 3, around 10am forĀ  a report of sexual assault. The four suspects were taken into custody later that same day. The soldiers were in Calloway County in preparation for weekend deployment. They allegedly provided their victim with alcohol before the assault. Austin Dennis, 21, and Jacob Ruth, 22, both of Monfordville, were charged with second degree sodomy; Tyler Hart, 19, of Bowling Green, was charged with second degree sodomy and first degree sexual assault; and Anthony Tubolino, 25, of Auburn, was charged with second degree rape, sodomy, and third degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
