A fatal traffic crash occurred in Laurel County around 5pm June 16. Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputies report that apparently a 2008 Nissan Altima was traveling eastbound on KY 192 when it left the road in a curve, traveling into a ditched, and became airborne, striking two trees before coming to a rest on an embankment. One occupant, identified as Jimmy Dugger, 55, of London, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The only other occupant of the vehicle, Sherri Roberts, 38, of London, was airlifted from the scene.
