Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 12 are alerting Pikeville motorists that Mountain Enterprises did not finish paving on Bypass Road, Baird Avenue, and the US 23 ramps on the south end of town over the weekend due to equipment issues. They had worked Thursday and Friday nights but could not work Saturday night. Work will continue on Monday night if there are no unforeseen issues. The ramps and roads will be open until 7pm Monday, then close until 6am Tuesday.
