On June 18, Louisa Police Officer Hunter James conducted a traffic stop for no seat belt on a 2016 Hyundai driven by Willis Gene Horn, 26 of Inez. During the course of the stop, it was discovered that Mr. Horn was in possession of various drug paraphernalia, which included scales, baggies, and syringes. With assistance from LPD K-9 Units Sgt. Wilburn and Kenya, several baggies of methamphetamine were recovered. Horn was arrested for trafficking, possession, and several traffic violations. He was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
