Attorney Eric C. Conn has reportedly fled the United States. According to an email allegedly sent by Conn to the Lexington Herald-Leader, he left the country using a fake passport and help from an overseas accomplice. He told the newspaper that he left the country the day after removing his ankle monitor, and is now in a country that does not extradite wanted persons to the United States.
