The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department is seeking assistance with identifying those responsible for recent vehicle thefts in the Arkansas Creek community. The sheriff’s department recovered a 2013 Chevrolet 2500 diesel truck on Friday, June 23, parked and abandoned in the head of Click Branch of Arkansas Creek. Deputies believe the truck had been in the Arkansas Creek/Martin area for several weeks and possibly recently driven in the area.
