A temporary closure is scheduled for the Mountain Parkway/ KY 9000 in Clark County. The closure is necessary for deck restoration and waterproofing operations on the bridge over Interstate 64. The westbound side of the Mountain Parkway will be closed from 7pm Friday, July 7 until 6am Monday, July 10 from milepoint 0.0 to milepoint 5.311. This is at Exit 10. Westbound traffic will be diverted at Exit 10 to KY 974, then KY 15 and KY 1958 to Winchester. The closure may be extended if additional work is deemed necessary.
