Pavement rehabilitation in Pike County will continue on Monday, July 10, on US 119 from the traffic signal at the intersection with US 23 to the traffic signal at Town Mountain Road. The rehab includes milling, ditching, cleaning out structures, shoulder repair, guardrail replacement, paving, and striping. Weather permitting, work will begin at 7am Monday, closing the inside lanes of traffic in both directions. After milling and paving, traffic will then be diverted to the inside lanes while work is done on the outside lanes. Motorists will have access to turn lanes at all times, directed by barrel alignment. Work will run from 7am to 7pm daily.
