Work will begin Monday, July 10, on a project that involves minor widening, paving, and installation of new pavement markings on Justice Drive in Hazard. Milling and paving operations are planned for nighttime hours to minimize disruption of traffic. Installation of new curbs may be done during daytime hours, but an attempt will be made to keep traffic disruptions to a minimum. Some traffic signal detection loop repairs on Justice Drive and KY 80 will also be made. The project is estimated to be three weeks. Most work is planned for Monday through Thursday of each week. Minimal work is planned for Friday through Sunday, with minimal traffic impact.
