On Thursday, July 6, around 11pm, Kentucky State Police arrested Andrew D. Liles, 20, of Garrison, and charged him with one count of Prohibited Use of Electronic Communication System to Produce a Minor/Police Officer for Sex, a Class D Felony. Additionally, he was charged with four counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor. Liles was lodged in the Lewis County Detention Center.
