Around 12 noon Monday, July 11, members of the Ashland Police Department, FBI Violent Crime Drug Task Force, and Kentucky State Police assisted KY Department of Probation and Parole on Moore Street. During the investigation, officers observed and seized suspected crystal methamphetamine, suspected heroin, and other paraphernalia suggestive of trafficking in controlled substance. All three persons found in the home had Probation or Parole violations as well. Terry Stephens and David Baldridge were both charged with trafficking controlled substance in addition to probation violations, and Ronald Denny was charged with a parole violation.
