Knox County Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Courthouse

On July 6, around 10:40am, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a man, identified as James Baker, 38, of Barbourville, exposing himself in front of the courthouse. He was located shortly after by deputies at Oasis Pizza on North Main Street in Barbourville. Baker was charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication. Baker had also been arrested earlier that morning after running barefoot into moving vehicles on Little Brush Creek Road before being released shortly after. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
