On Tuesday, July 11, Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies conclude an investigation into alleged illegal drug trafficking. Deputies said they made purchases of illegal drugs from Austin Tackett, age 31, during their investigation. Tackett was also wanted in Ohio and Missouri, as well as wanted on outstanding charges in Whitley County. He was arrested and lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
