On Wednesday, July 19, at 7:30am, Big Sandy Community and Technical College had a community forum for their presidential candidate Dr. Brian Van Horn. Van Horn has worked with Murray State University for 19 years, recently serving as provost. At Murray, he said he has worked closely with community colleges. Van Horn closed his session by speaking on the strengths of the college, specifically the faculty and students.
