Heather Dawn Charles was involved in an accident the night of Saturday, July 15, after which her family says she was transported to Cabell Huntington hospital in West Virginia. Her family has not spoken with her since the accident. Heather Charles is 5’8” tall, weighing 160 lbs with dark brown hair.
