Ohio Man Indicted in Franklin County on Child Pornography Charges

Attorney General Andy Beshear and his Cyber Crimes Unit announced an Ohio man was indicted on Tuesday, July 18, by a Franklin County grand jury for seeking sex with a minor and distributing child pornography. Joseph Michael Wagner, 33, of Georgetown, Ohio was indicted on one count each of the prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor for sex, and distribution of material depicting the sexual performance by a minor, both Class D felonies. Beshear said the office’s investigators worked closely the Ohio Attorney General’s Office during the investigation. Wagner was lodged in the Franklin County Regional Jail.
