Kentucky Emergency Management officials are conducting damage assessments in Bracken, Fleming, and Mason counties after severe weather moved through the Commonwealth early Sunday morning. Additional plans are being set to survey the remaining north eastern Kentucky counties that were also impacted. Some northern counties received over six inches of torrential rain in a short period of time, causing flash flooding and widespread damages.
