On Thursday, August 3, London Police Officer Mike Holliday discovered a vehicle driving on Main Street with expired tags. Through investigation, it was discovered that the man driving the vehicle was wanted for murder as well as operating a motor vehicle while under the influence in Leslie County and there was an active warrant for his arrest. James Wombles, 27, of Somerset Road in London was arrested on North Main Street and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
