On the evening of August 3, around 11:36pm, Johnson County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 646 Coleman Branch in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival at the residence, a male subject, identified as David Tackett, was observed smoking a glass pipe with a white crystal substance inside believed to be methamphetamine. Also in the residence was Christy Fannin, who was arrested on active warrants, and Jerry Penticuff. Tackett and Penticuff were arrested for possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia.
