Floyd Central High School has rescheduled the Community Open House to September 5, 2017. The Open House events for students is still on schedule, for August 15 and 16 from 5 to 7pm. The decision to postpone the community event is based on the auditorium unable to be finished by Thursday, August 17. Superintendent Steve Trimble said the postponement will allow the showcase of students and all of Floyd Central. Freshmen students will have Open House on August 15 with Sophomores and Juniors Open House on August 16.
