The Big Sandy Community Action Program and Floyd County Family and Consumer science Agent Andrea Johnson will be holding a free class called Preserving the Harvest on Tuesday, August 22 at 1:30pm. The workshop will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about food preservation techniques and healthy recipes for garden fresh vegetables. The class will be held at 60 Court Street, Allen, KY.
