The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a Wheelwright man, following an investigation into illegal drug trafficking. On Wednesday, August 16, deputies arrested 50-year-old Adrian Smith of Wheelwright. Deputies say that during their investigation they purchased crystal meth from Smith on multiple occasions. Smith has been charged with trafficking in controlled substance and lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
