Laurel County deputies arrested a man at a residence off April Lane on Monday, August 21. Deputies were dispatched to the scene following a complaint of a domestic dispute. When deputies arrive, the subject, Joseph Adkins, 42, was outside yelling and screaming. An investigation determined he was under the influence. Adkins was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
