Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 12 officials reduced KY 40 in Johnson County, near the junction of KY 2040, to one lane due to a pavement break encroaching more than halfway across one lane. The site is at mile point 21 on KY 40. Jonson County Maintenance Superintendent Barry Spriggs said the district’s signal and sign crew installed temporary traffic signals at the site, as well as signs and barrels.
