Two were arrested in Laurel County around 12:36am September, 7. The arrest occurred off West Cumberland Gap Parkway following an investigation of a black Dodge Charger in a parking lot with the vehicle running. The vehicle plates had been canceled due to no insurance, and the driver’s license had been suspended for DUI. The driver, Kayla Holland, 27, was also found in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, she was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The passenger, Christopher Hoskins, 38, was also arrested and charged with possession of drugs and paraphernalia. They were both lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
