The morning of Thursday, October 5, Ashland Police arrested Kimberly Boyles, David Adkins, and Chance Riffe after conducting traffic stops. During the stops, the individuals were found in possession of methamphetamine. Boyles and Adkins were both charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Riffe was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
