On Friday, October 6, a Pineville man was arrested on a sexual offense. Following an investigation by the Bell County Sheriff’s Office, a warrant was served on Staff Nunley, age 60, at his residence, stemming from an incident reported on June 29, 2017. The warrant states that Nunley attempted to engage in deviate sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old. He was charged with criminal attempt to commit sodomy and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
