The Mingo County State Fire Marshal’s Office has made multiple arrests following arson investigations. On Thursday, October 5, 18-year-old Kevin Urban, of Delbarton, was arrested for setting fire the library annex of the former Burch High School. A juvenile was charged along with Urban. Another arrest occurred on Friday, October 6, with Donovan Lester, 25, of Baisen, charged with setting fire to a mobile home on Baisden Road on March 8, 2017. He was lodged in the South Western Regional Jail.
