Knox County Sheriff’s Office Makes Two Arrests, Searching for Third Suspect in Vehicle Thefts

On Tuesday, October 17, Knox County Deputies responded to several theft calls. Around 10am, the sheriff’s office received a call of a stolen vehicle at the Messer’s Market parking lot in Barbourville. Information determined a 2002 Chevy Venture van was stolen by Mary Dray. Around 10pm that night, a call was received of a complaint of a female intruder at a residence on US 25E in Barbourville. The caller advised that Mary Dray had taken a large amount of cash from his residence. Dray was located with the cash inside her backpack. She was arrested and charged with burglary and theft. Through investigation, Deputy Claude Hudson determined the stolen vehicle was now in possession of Jonathan Bargo. Bargo, 19, was arrested on and charged with receiving stolen property. The van was recovered in the Tractor Supply parking lot in Williamsburg. A third subject is currently being sought and identified as Kim Allen Myrick. Myrick is 49-years-old white male, weighing 165lbs, 5’4” tall with brown hair and blue eyes. If you have any information on his whereabouts, contact the Knox County Sheriff’s Office at 606-546-3181.
