A three vehicle traffic crash occurred Thursday, October 19, 2017 around 7am in Laurel County. The investigating deputy reports that a white Cadillac was traveling eastbound on KY 80 when it clipped a Jeep that was stopped in the crossover at the Keller Road intersection. The Jeep slid around and across the road, striking a van stopped at Vaughn Ridge Road. The driver of the Cadillac, Sheila Pennington, 53, along with her passenger, 55-year-old Vinia Campbell, were Air Lifted to UK Medical Center in Lexington. A second passenger, Stephen Campbell, 29, was transported to St. Joseph Hospital London. The van driver, Josh Barrett, 38, and the Jeep driver, Christopher Hamilton, 25, were also transported to St. Joseph for treatment of injuries.
