8-year-old Injured in Two Vehicle Bell County Crash

Around 2:43pm October 21, 2017, Bell County Dispatch received a call of a two vehicle injury accident in the Frakes Community. Deputy Patrick Brooks responded to the scene on Highway 190, and discovered a blue Ford Ranger pickup that was partially in a ditch line, heading westbound. The other vehicle was a green 1998 Oldsmobile with its rear end over an embankment on eastbound Highway 190. An eight-year-old male suffered injuries that required a specialist and he was flown to University of Tennessee Hospital. An investigation determined the driver of the truck, 30-year-old Amber Partin, was driving under the influence and was at fault for the crash. The driver of the Oldsmobile, Tiffany Willis, 30, was cited to court for no license, no insurance, and no state registration.
