The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office made five arrests on Morentown Road in London on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. The arrests occurred around 3:55pm. The sheriff’s office was conducting a drug investigation there following numerous complaints, where deputies located suspected crystal meth and drug paraphernalia. Austin Earls, 25, Zachary Jarvis, 28, Rocky Lee Whitaker, 42, and Gary Wagers, 40, were arrested on charges of conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance. Additionally, Earls was charged with a Whitley District Court bench warrant failure to appear in court on shoplifting charges. Candace Kirchheimer, 37, was also arrested on a charge of driving on DUI suspended license. All five individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
