The Public Service Commission will hold a public hearing on AEP/Kentucky Power’s proposed rate increase on Thursday, November 2, 2017 on the Prestonsburg campus of Big Sandy Community and Technical College. This is one of only three hearings to be held by the Public Service Commission. The public hearing will be from 5:30pm to 8:30pm in the Gearheart Auditorium.
