Pound Police Searching for Man Wanted for Meth Lab Dumpsite

A Pound, Virginia man is currently wanted for manufacturing methamphetamine. On Saturday, November 18, 2017, the Virginia State Police Drug Task Force assisted the Pound Police Department in the retrieval of the methamphetamine lab dumpsite, containing 21 meth cook bottles, at a residence off Old Mill Village Road. The meth precursors were found over the embankment at the address. Pound Fire Department was on scene for safety. Police are currently seeking information on the whereabouts of 35-year-old Joey Large on charges of meth manufacturing, possession of meth precursors and keeping a common nuisance.
