Burglary Arrest in Knox County

On Wednesday, December 6, 2017, around 5:10pm, Knox County Deputy Claude Hudson responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a residence on Evergreen Road in Flat Lick. The female victim stated that a man had beat on her door and kicked it open. Once inside, he ran at her yelling he wanted her keys. The victim then ran into the basement and locked the door. She told 911 that she could hear him jumping up and down on the roof of her car. When Deputy Hudson arrived, the victim told him that the suspect had just left on foot. He was found walking on US 25 E in Flat Lick. The suspect, identified as Lee Warren, 25, was arrested with burglary and criminal mischief and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
