Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear announced Friday, December 16, 2017, that his office received several complaints by Kentuckians, and consumers who previously lived in Kentucky, of their or a loved one’s identity falsely being used during the public comments process on Net Neutrality changes. In a statement, Beshear said he strongly opposed the FCC’s changes to Net Neutrality and if it continues with its plan, he will join legal action “to protect Kentucky families from this sweeping and harmful policy change.”
