The Floyd County Circuit Court Driver’s Licensing Division will not be conducting permit testing on Friday, December 22, 2017. Regular testing hours will resume on Wednesday, December 27, 2017. The McDowell Branch of Driver’s License will close Friday at 12 noon. The officer will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 8am.
