Attorney General Andy Beshear is preparing to combat the FCC’s rollback of Net Neutrality legislation. Beshear is reviewing the 540-page final order that was issued by the Federal Communications Commission on Thursday, January 4, 2018. The rule would take effect upon approval by the federal Office of Management and Budget and 60 days after publication in the Federal Register. The attorney general’s office has heard from dozens of Kentuckians who have detailed how any rollbacks would affect them. Beshear is working with a coalition of attorneys general to review the final order and to take legal action.
