The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is currently accepting applications for its Civil Engineering Technology Scholarship. The scholarship program was started in 2009 and is awarded to students attending Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington and Big Sandy Community and Technical College in Prestonsburg. Each scholarship student will receive $3,000 per semester to complete an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from either KCTCS campus. All Scholarship recipients must be graduates from an accredited Kentucky high school, or Kentucky resident with a high school diploma or GED and meet KCTCS admission requirements. The scholarship deadline is February 1, 2018.
