An arrest was made in Laurel County after a complaint of a man walking in roadways. The arrest occurred around 5:23pm Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Laurel County Deputies responded to the scene on KY 30 and located the man, 27-year-old Joshua Parsley, walking in the middle of the road. An investigation determined the subject was under the influence, with Parsley stating he had used meth and suboxone. He was charged with public intoxication and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
