The driver of a stolen vehicle involved in a crash in Laurel County has been arrested. The arrest occurred on Sunday, January 21, 2018 around 2:12pm on KY 770 after Deputy Jake Miller was dispatched to the scene of a two vehicle crash. The subject, identified as Ronnie Lockaby, 38 of Stanton, was driving a silver colored Toyota Corolla that had been reported stolen. Lockaby had no driver’s license and was in possession of methamphetamine. He was charged with receiving stolen property, possession of controlled substance, no operator’s license and a Laurel District Court Bench Warrant. Lockaby was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
