On Monday, January 22, 2018, around 3:38am, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London was notified of a residential structure fire with fatalities on Paw Paw Road in Clay County. KSP Arson Investigator Brian Lewis, along with Detective Jesse Armstrong arrive on the scene and determined through an investigation that both victims, Jessica Dugg, 37, and Silina Duff, 42, both of Manchester, were located in a bedroom inside the residence deceased. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Clay County Coroner’s Office. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
