Big Sandy Community and Technical College’s Library Seminar Series and Campus Environment Team will host the Fifth Annual Library Seminar Series Women’s History Conference on Friday, March 2, 2018. During the Women’s Conference, presentations will include Dr. Shirley Thomas on Hitler’s Women; Sabra Jacobs on Prestonsburg Woman’s Club and Dealing with Toxic People; Jenean Freeman on Women of Poetry and Song; and several more. The Women’s History Conference is free and open to the public. Registration will begin at 8am in the lobby of the Magoffin Building on the Prestonsburg Campus of BSCTC. Presentations will be from 8:30am to 1pm.
