Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post 9 have opened a terroristic threatening case at the Shelby Valley High School. At 9:49am Thursday, February 22, 2018, Post 9 received a complaint of a juvenile making threats to do harm to students at the school. The student has been charged with terroristic threatening and taken to the juvenile detention center in Breathitt County. The investigation remains open.
