Hope Hill Foster Care is having a Prom/Homecoming Dress Drive to provide dresses for young ladies in foster care. If you have a dress you would like to donate, you can drop them off Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm at 124 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling or 224 Lovern Street, Hazard.
